Ornua Foods is an agri-food commercial co-operative which markets and sells dairy products on behalf of its members, Ireland’s dairy processors and in turn the Irish dairy farmer. Originally known as Adams Foods, Ornua has been present in the UK for over 50 years and today is one of the leading suppliers of dairy products in the UK.
John joined Adams Food in August 2011 as Brand Ambassador and Executive Development Chef for Kerrygold and Pilgrims Choice. He has been responsible for developing new products with the Pilgrims Choice brand and has helped launch and develop products for the Food Service Industry division of Adams Foods/Ornua Foods.
